"Approximately every 5 years I search for a better insurance rate as they tend to creep up with each renewal. I found a rate for my cars with Hartford that was half of what I was paying with Statefarm. Unfortunately Hartford couldn't insure my home due to its proximity to the coast. I called SF to see how this would affect my home and umbrella policies. Jaime was not able to answer that simple question but told me someone would get back to me. No one ever did so I called back. The person who answered very confidently replied that my home insurance would increase by 17% and the umbrella would stay the same. Even with the increase the savings I was getting for auto was worth the switch so I went ahead and changed plans. When I called SF back to let them know of the change I was given extremely different numbers for my two policies. They had increased so much that the change had not been worth it. Oops they said. I guess you were given the wrong information. THE WRONG INFORMATION? I was livid. I ended up speaking to Marvin the manager who was equally unhelpful. He referred me to Victoria saying she was one of their top agents. Never once in the 5 years I was with SF did I ever speak to Kevin. In the end I should thank them because I saved over $600 by bundling my insurance with USAA. Even if it had been more expensive I would have gone elsewhere just to get away from that office. Even more laughingly a very nice girl from SF called a few days after me cancelling all my policies wanting to know how things were going. I questioned why I had received a bill from them that was going to be automatically deducted from my checking account due June 6. The bill didn't say for what. And since my home insurance had been paid for the year when should I expect a refund. Guess what? She couldn't answer either of those questions....but someone would get back with me. Stay away from this office unless you're willing to be given, oops the wrong information."

"They're the best, they're awesome! The best State Farm office on Long Island, NY. Their service, friendliness, hospitality, and support are exceptional. My dad and I were looking for new car insurance, and Victoria Mungía was the best representative I've spoken with in years. She helped us find a better option and also had the patience to explain the available options and discounts to my dad. She also guided us through the other steps we needed to complete. The service is bilingual (Spanish and English), so don't worry if you don't speak English. //// Son los mejores, unos cracks! La mejor oficina de State Farm en Long Island, NY. Su atención, cordialidad, hospitalidad y soporte, son excepcionales. Mi papá y yo buscabamos un nuevo seguro para su carro y Victoria Mungía fue ls mejor representante con la que he hablado en años.
